Ticket to Work Program
The Ticket to Work Program is a free service provided by the Social Security Administration and participating Employer Networks that assists beneficiaries in going to work, while not jeopardizing their benefits. Anyone receiving Social Security disability benefits, and is between the ages of 18 through 64, generally qualify to participate in the program.

Overview
The Ticket to Work Program is a free service provided by the Social Security Administration and participating Employer Networks that assists beneficiaries in going to work, while not jeopardizing their benefits. Anyone receiving Social Security disability benefits, and is between the ages of 18 through 64, generally qualify to participate in the program.
Initial Consultation
During the consultation process, our specialists will work with you, the Ticketholder, to determine if you are a good fit to participate in the Ticket to Work program, as well as confirm we will be the correct EN to offer the services and supports your individual case requires.
Continued Supports
After a job offer has been accepted, our counselors will work with the Ticketholder and employer to help negotiate and provide any necessary job site accommodations, if necessary. Additionally, we will continue to periodically meet with both parties to address any concerns that may arise and confirm the transition to the workforce has gone smoothly.
Employment Preparation
During the employment preparation process, our counselors will work with the Ticketholder to identify their vocational abilities and goals. We will then jointly develop an IWP, Individual Work Plan, and work together to achieve the goals outlined in the plan. During this process, our counselors will provide resume preparation assistance, job coaching, interview preparation, and other valuable skills to use during the job seeking process.
Seeking Employment
After the IWP has been jointly developed, we work with the Ticketholder to access local employment contacts, as well as our Harmony online services, and provide assistance with the application and placement process, to ensure a smooth transition into the workforce. While enrolled in the Ticket to Work program, and making progress towards your goals, Social Security will waive your Continuing Disability Reviews (CDR).
